Leah Older

Leah joined Continuum Partners in 2014 as Property Manager, overseeing Continuum’s Bradburn project and the property management for East-West Partner’s development at The Landmark.

Leah started her Career in the shopping center industry in 2001, and has worked with some of the industry’s largest developers, including Developers Diversified where she managed and marketed retail centers in the Denver and General Growth Properties where she was responsible for the region’s business development programs.

Most recently, Leah managed Denver International Airport’s commercial business development function and led a 15-person team in the day-to-day management of commercial operations, which included airlines, concessions, rental cars and advertising. Leah is also credited for the development and implementation of the airport’s highly successful retail merchandise unit program and customer experience initiatives, including the airport’s first Beer Flights beer garden, which has become an annual event at the airport.
