Tom joined Continuum as a Senior Development Manager in 2014. Tom is currently working on the 9+CO project, Yorktown Village and Westridge Commons.

Tom recently moved to Denver from Washington, D.C., where he was a Vice President of Development with EDENS. Tom and the Mosaic team inspired and directed every aspect of transforming the community from salvage yards, parking lots and a dilapidated movie theater into walkable streets, restaurants and shops, a new park, connectivity to mass transit and nearby bike trails, an open-air market, tech office space, outdoor movies, a hotel and housing for over 1,200 new residents.

Tom holds an A.B. cum laude in economics from Harvard University and a master of business administration with a real estate concentration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a LEED AP with the U.S. Green Building Council, and an active member in the Urban Land Institute and NAIOP.
