DBJ Offices: Tour Continuum Partners’ new space next to Denver Union Station

When you’re a master developer of an entire neighborhood, it’s safe to say you get to make sure your office space turns out exactly how you want it.

After the decade-long redevelopment of the area around Denver Union Station, Continuum Partners LLC moved into its new office space last month, with views all around of the neighborhood it helped create, along with other Colorado-based developers.

Continuum’s 10,500-square-foot office is located in its newest building, a five-story project called A Block at 16th and Wewatta streets.

A 200-room, 12-story Kimpton hotel called Hotel Born is still under construction adjacent to the new office, which will also house an expansion of Antero Resources Corp. (NYSE: AR) an oil and gas company.

Mark Falcone, founder of Continuum, is a supporter of the arts community in Denver, and that is reflected around the office, with works from various local artists displayed around the space.

A semi-open design allows the 35 employees in the office to work together when necessary while also retaining enough privacy and sound control to hold long conference calls.
