Most Admired CEO Mark Falcone unconventionally building a better Denver

Mark Falcone founded Denver’s Continuum Partners in 2007 and hasn’t looked back. Through his work as CEO he’s spearheaded more than $2 billion of development — much of it in the Denver area.

Continuum was co-master developer of the Denver Union Station multi-modal transportation center and the Union Station Neighborhood development, which itself was chosen to oversee the $500 million redevelopment of what was not long ago abandoned rail lines and is now a humming mixed-use urban center. His community involvement includes a leadership position at the The Nature Conservancy and other charities, primarily with a focus on urban challenges.
