Kent Place Project Details

A joint venture partnership with Continuum and Regency REIT, Kent Place turned an historic piece of Englewood, Colorado, into a new mixed-use neighborhood in the heart of one of Denver’s most sought after residential areas.
On an 11.5-acre site, Kent Place offers village-style living with a 300-unit luxury apartment building, retail including 20,000 square feet of upscale neighborhood retail, service and restaurant space; all 100% leased. The project is anchored by a 30,000-square-foot, first to market Fresh Fare by King Soopers grocery.
History
Kent Place sits on an historic piece of real estate adjacent to Cherry Hills Golf Club and the Buell Mansions. It served as the long-time home of the Denver Seminary and prior to that, the site of the Kent Denver School, for which the development was named when the project began in 2006.
Today, residents appreciate the distinctive quality of life this luxury community offers, complete with concierge service and signature indoor and outdoor amenities. Kent Place is also located within the highly respected Cherry Creek School District and a short distance from two exclusive private schools, St. Mary’s Academy and Kent Denver.
Prestigious Cherry Hills shopping and dining are minutes away, and downtown Denver just a few minutes more. Additionally, outdoor enthusiasts have easy access to the surrounding trails and parks.
